The Early Virtuosi: French and Italian Baroque Masters // Brendan O'Donnell

  • North Adelaide Baroque Hall 104 Tynte Street North Adelaide, SA, 5006 Australia (map)

For those who haven't made it to one of my recent lunchtime recitals (or even if you have), here's your chance to hear the music both Italian and French baroque masters in the stunning, authentic acoustic of the North Adelaide Baroque Hall!

Featuring Brendan O'Donnell on recorder (voice flute) and Glenys March on Harpsichord, this full-length recital (with interval) explores the fiery Italian virtuosity of Corelli, Veracini, and Albinoni, contrasted with the refined French elegance of Hotteterre, Blavet, and Marais.
