Eligibility: Independent artists and groups or supporting organisations
FELLOWSHIP (ARTS SA)
Supporting professionals in creative development to strengthen their practice and contribute culturally to the arts in South Australia.
Application Deadline: 9th Oct 2023
Activity commencing: 8th Jan 2024
Grant: $50,000
Eligibility: South Australian artists and cultural leaders, emerging to established, based in SA for at least 3 years before and one year after application.
ARTS PROJECTS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS (AUSTRALIA COUNCIL)
Funding for individual or group activities to benefit the arts sector and wider public
Application Deadline:
5th Sept for projects after 1st Dec
Notification Date: Approx. 12 weeks after closing date
Grant: $10,000 to $50,000
Eligibility: Australian citizens/ permanent who are practising as artists / professional artists
ARTS PROJECTS FOR ORGANISATIONS (AUSTRALIA COUNCIL)
Funding for organisation activities that benefit the arts sector and wider public
Application Deadline:
5th Sept for projects after 1st Dec
Grant: $20,000 to $100,000
Eligibility: Arts organisations not in receipt of certain government multi-year funding
PLAYING AUSTRALIA PROJECT INVESTMENT (AUSTRALIA COUNCIL)
Grants for performing arts tours to reach regional and remote communities
Deadlines:
Tuesday 6th June for projects starting after 1st September
Tuesday 10th October for projects starting after 1st January
Grant: Unspecified.
Specific costs include re-mounting, inter-state touring costs, partial funds of of tour coordination, reduction of environmental impact, and wellbeing of touring company
Eligibility: Individuals and organisations not in receipt of certain government grants. Must be registered in Application Management System of two days prior to deadline
CONTEMPORARY MUSIC TOURING PROGRAM (AUSTRALIA COUNCIL)
For performing original Australian contemporary music on tour
Deadlines:
Tuesday 5th September for projects beginning after 1st December
Grant: $5,000 to $50,000. Dependent on the number of venues or locations
Eligibility: Individuals or organisations performing original Australian contemporary music on a tour of at least three venues
LIVE MUSIC EVENTS FUND (MDO)
For major music festivals and events in SA to develop skills, partnerships and collaborations
Deadline: Expressions Of interest (EOIs) are accepted all year round.
Grant: Project specific. $550,000 total for fund annually
Eligibility: Applicants must be promoters, event organisation or music business
